Three Customers Mr. Gan, Neo and Loh from Malaysia visit us.

Dated on 21th,Mar. 2016. Our Malaysia customer Mr. Gan Boon Sia, Mr. Neo Bok Kuan and Mr. Loh Kan Leng arrived at our factory to see Piling+Hammer and some other casting products and Production Line.

Firstly, we lead our customers to visit the Piling+Hammer production workshop to look at Hammer, although our hammers is different from customer's need, But we can produce it according to customer's drawings and material requirements. My customer told me every year they need a lot of Hammer on their Piling equipment. In their country, they hardly find a casting manufacturer for large tonnage hammer. So they are very happy to find us and hope to cooperate with us in the future if we can offer a competitive price for them.

Second, we lead our customers to visit another casting workshop for more products, also visit our mechanical processing center to look at the crane wheel, Kiln Girth Gear, Kiln Tyre, Welding Lathe Bed, Wind Turbine Motor Housing and so on.（Below I will show some photos about this products）Besides we also show our testing center, assembly and well package for our customer. We showed our advanced technology adopted in gear production to our customer, and all our products are strictly inspected before leaving factory. The customer asked us what's the largest length for the Hammer and Gear we can produce, and what's the max diameter for wheels we can do. We answered the customers' doubts one by one.

After back to the reception room, we talked these below problems as follows:

1.Whether we can suggest the best material according to their Chemical composition and their requirements?

2.Can we do the best products for them with high hardness?

3.Whether can provide Various Specs based on their drawings?

Possible cooperation way and products in Malaysia etc.

We all well solved these problems. The customer said we have a great impressive with your factory. It's very kind and nicer of you. I will send the inquiries of more type hammer when I back to Malaysia.
