Mr Johan and Mr Mikael from Sweden visit our Factory

Dated on 05th,Jan. Our Sweden customer Mr Johan(CEO) and Mr Mikael (Service Manager) arrived at our factory to see Machine Park, Storage Packing, Production Line, Show Room etc.

Firstly, we lead our customer to visit the mechanical processing center to look at the crane wheel, reducers. Hook blocks, wire rope drum production, test, assembly and well package. Most of the reducers are imported from Germany and Japan, we showed our advanced technology adopted in gear production to our customer, and all our products are strictly inspected before leaving factory. The customer asked us what's the largest length for the gear box we can produce, and what's the max diameter for pulley sheaves we can do. We answered the customers' doubts one by one.

Afternoon, we lead our customer to visit the laboratory. We introduced our test equipments for steel plate, bolts, wheel etc. And explain how to do the test including chemical analysis typical and physical properties, extension test, yield strength test etc.

After back to the reception room, we talked these below problems as follows:

1.Crane wheel order technical problems before production.

2.Hook blocks technical confirmation if we can totally match with customers requirements.

3.Possible cooperation way and products in Sweden etc.

We all well solved these problems. The customer said we have a great impressive with your factory. It's very kind and nicer of you. We want to be your exclusive agency in Sweden. Johan said, I will send the 6 inquiries I have now when I back to Sweden.

This is a very pleasant visit, my customer told me, looking forward to our longer cooperation!
